These terms cover purchases and bookings made through sollinaimages.com. By placing an order or booking a session you agree to them. If anything here isn’t clear, ask us before you order.

Who we are

Sollina Images is a photography studio at 115 Bellam Blvd #A, San Rafael, CA 94901. Email sollinaimages@gmail.com, phone (415) 717-5215.

Prints

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Sizes listed are the printed image area. The paper is at least 1 inch larger on each side.
• Colors on screen vary by monitor. Small differences between your screen and the finished print are normal and aren’t a defect.
• Prints are made to order. See our Shipping and Returns page for delivery, damage claims and our returns policy.

Photography sessions

• Quickshot sessions are booked through our scheduling form and are subject to the terms shown there. Other sessions are quoted and confirmed by email.
• Session prices on this site are current as of the date above and can change. The price you’re quoted when you book is the one that applies.
• Extra image downloads are $25 each or $100 for all images from a session.
• If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can and we’ll find another time.

Copyright and use of images

Steve owns the copyright to every photograph on this site and every photograph he takes. When you buy a print or download a session image, you get the print or file for your personal or professional use (for example your website, LinkedIn, business cards or marketing). You can’t resell, license or reproduce the images, or claim them as your own work. We may use session images in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to in writing.

Mistakes and limits

We do our best to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If we spot an error on an order you’ve placed, we’ll contact you before going ahead. Our responsibility on any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
