Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Shipping is free on all prints within the United States. We ship flat, in a rigid package, so your print arrives in perfect condition. We don’t ship outside the US right now. If you’re overseas and want a print, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

Every print is made to order. Expect delivery in about 7 to 10 days from when you order, and we’ll email you when it’s on the way. We are a small business and appreciate your patience and your support!

Local pickup

If you’re in the area, choose Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll reach out to set up a time to grab your print at our San Rafael studio. Pickup is by appointment only.

Returns

Prints and frames are custom made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges, and orders can’t be canceled once printing has started.

The one exception is if something is wrong with your print. If it arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn’t what you ordered, email us at sollinaimages@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos of the issue and the packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, our choice based on what happened, at no cost to you.
